1. Are your wig glueless?
Yes, all our wigs can be worn glueless.
2. Once my order is placed, how long does it take to process?
Processing takes 24-72 business hours to allow your payment to clear. While processing, we are verifying your order, checking quality, and preparing packages. Processing does not start until ID check is cleared, after 24hrs and ID check is not verified, the order will be cancelled. Once order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. 3. Do you allow refunds/exchanges?
Due to the nature of the business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds/exchanges will be accepted. (Please be advised that ALL orders are inspected before being packaged and shipped and will include an invoice of your purchase.)

8. How many bundles are in your units?
For bobs, generally 2 bundles are used. Lengths 14-24" 3 bundles. 26"-28" 4 bundles are used.
9. How long after I place my order, will I receive a tracking number?
Once you have placed your order, there is a 2-3 business day payment processing time. Once payment has been processed, wig construction can take up to 7-14 business days, once unit is completed and shipped, you will always receive a tracking number to email you provide to us at checkout.
9. How do I know what length is best to get?
