Return & Refund Policy

ALL SALES FINAL!

We do not offer refunds for failing to review our Store Policies before purchasing. This especially includes our Shipping and Tracking Policy, and our Refund Policy. As you must agree to our terms to check out, we will not refund the customer for the negligence of thoroughly reading and understanding our policies and processing times. If there is any complaints about your order, please contact customer service and we'll do our best to solve the problem. Customers will be responsible for return shipping fees. To prevent fraud, Beauty Enticing Hair collects IDs for confirmation and protection purposes only. If an ID isn't provided to secure the customer's order after 24 hours, that order will be canceled and refunded, with no exceptions. 

Refunds and Order Cancellations

Refunds and Order Cancellations are only acceptable within 24 hours of the purchase date with a detailed explanation for the requested cancellation. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method minus any transaction fees. Refunds are completed and deposited within 1-5 business days depending on your financial institution. 

Custom Orders including but not limited to: Pre-ordered, Custom Signature Wigs, Custom Units, and Custom Services are FINAL SALE. Due to sourcing our products overseas and customizing per your request, we order your order specs within 24-48 hours after your purchase date. These items are non-refundable and cannot be returned to vendor.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at services@beautyenticinghair.com
