Processing times =time it takes to prepare the order.   
Shipping time = time it takes for the carriers to deliver to your door once we have shipped.

 

*Once Your Order Has Shipped A Tracking Number Will Be Emailed Automatically. 

Please allow a turnaround time of 7-14 Business days after processing time. 

Processing Time: 3-5 days

Wig Construction, Custom Wigs, and Wig Maintenance services have a processing period of 7-14 business days.

Shipping Time:

(United States): 1-2 Business Days Priority Mail Express

(United States): 1-3 Business Days Priority Mail

(International): 6-10 Business Days Priority Mail

For international shipping, customers may be subject to customs or duty fees. Additional fees may be applied to your shipment. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for these additional fees that have been applied. These fees are charged to you via the receiving country and not us nor the United States.  

Please ensure that your address is correct and thoroughly entered prior to placing order. Shipping and billing address must match when submitting your order. In order for wig orders to be fulfilled, you must agree to the terms and condition at checkout.  By accepting the terms and conditions, this means that you have thoroughly read our policy, are aware of your order being placed, your card being charged, are consenting to the fulfillment of your order/service, and agreeing that you are the authorized card user for your purchase. I am NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your order has been detected as high risk for fraud, your ordered may be proned to cancellation. If order is to be fulfilled, proof of identification will be required and you must confirm that you indeed placed the order for the given product at the given time and date as seen while fulfilling your order. Once these steps have been completed and the information has been given, we will review the information provided. This is required for all orders. ID’s must be valid and not expired, the name on the ID must match the name on the order, photo must be clear and shipping and billing address must match. If we are unable to confirm your identity, or need further information we will alert you via email. Orders may be prone to cancellation if failure to confirm. Other payment processors may be utilized after cancellation to successfully fulfill the order.
